Tom Ford $1.2 million Plastic innovation prize

In 2020, Tom Ford partnered with Lonely Whale (who led the Unwrap the future program) to launch the Tom Form Plastic Innovation Prize. A global competition focused on creating biodegradable plastic bags. With a $1.2 million prize (cash prize & direct investment) from Tom Ford Beauty, Estee Lauder and Trousdale Ventures.
